Q.

#AskTheExpert Aniksha is my 5yrs.old daughter she is in first standard in school now. she don't eat spicy food still. she eats normal dal- rice chapati with boiled sprouts or potato. i try to feed her the food we eat at home I mean the food made with spices but she don't eat. in school now i hve to give her propper tiffin with sabji and roti. but as she don't eat spicy food there are less options for me to put in her lunch box

A. Instead of adding too much spices you can add black pepper in meals and this habit develops gradually so don’t worry much and try to add variety of foods take care

A. Hi See your child is not interested in eating much of Chile right so you have all the options that you want to give to the child just don’t actually to the food that’s what you can do you can give all kind of dry vegetables to the child to chilies only issue so there is no restriction on any vegetable that you want to give
