#AskTheExpert also I not able to loose much weight even after 2 year completion now

A. You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam. drink plenty of fluids and have healthy diet.. do not eat junk food, oily n sugary food.

A. If You want to lose your weight then you can go ahead with the workout and dieting whatever is more feasible to you if you do both the things together then you will get much better results for sure also you can try going for an intermittent fasting if you want to that’s very very good it gives you great results
