#asktheexpert all the time I am very irritated. kuch acha nahi lagta. just feel helpless between handling two kids. what to do mam?

It’s completely normal because it’s not easy to balance a life between two kids and also I don’t know what’s the age difference but if one is younger and one is older they can drive you nuts actually I’m just going to advise you to hire a help for yourself so that you can get some time for yourself and try to strike a balance between two kids take some multivitamins for strength and calming your mind and also you should start meditating and do little workout for yourself
