Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. For fever you sjould give paracetamol as prescribed by ur pediatrician. If tge cough or cold is severe its good to get the child examined by ur doctor once and follow his advice on this. Make sure the temperature doesnt reach high.
