Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. If required consult your doctor for advice on any vitamin supplements required for your child. Good luck and take care.
