A. After vaccination, it is common for children to experience some mild side effects as their body builds immunity. The healing or recovery from these effects typically takes a few days. Common reactions to vaccinations include: Pain or Redness at the Injection Site: This can last for a few hours to a day. Fever: A low-grade fever is common and usually lasts for 1-2 days. Irritability or Fussiness: This can occur for a short period after vaccination. Fatigue or Drowsiness: Your baby might feel more tired than usual, which usually resolves within a day. If the reactions are mild and subside within a few days, there is typically no cause for concern. However, if your child experiences more severe symptoms like high fever (above 39°C/102°F), swelling at the injection site, continuous crying, or any unusual behavior, it is essential to contact your pediatrician for further evaluation. In general, your baby should be back to their normal self within a few days post-vaccination. If you have concerns, it's always best to consult your doctor for guidance.
