A. Dear mum, after completing 6 months, you can give homemade foods to your daughter such as homemade cerelac, ragi porridge, kheer, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons give foods 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed baby.
