#AskTheExpert Sir suggest a diet chart for a healthy baby boy who eats proper home cooked meals same as what we all eat , do we need to give him any other supplements , please tell Doctor

A. prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables. you can also offer same meal whatever you cook for your whole family. ..

A. Hello good morning !!! As baby is one year old you can feed family food. But feed in mashed form mashed rice with dal/curd,sabji less spicy,egg, meat but small pieces in Soups but check suitability. Roti soaked in curd, dal, sabji gravy, panneer stuffed roti or curry with less spice . Avoid sugar,oil (preferably less oil )in baby foods. Feed 3 meals breakfast, mid morning snacks (cerelac or finger foods, fruits, Soups, salads), Lunch, evening snacks, dinner in between milk.
