you can also offer same meal whatever you cook for your whole family.

But feed in mashed form mashed rice with dal/curd,sabji less spicy,egg, meat but small pieces in Soups but check suitability.
Roti soaked in curd, dal, sabji gravy, panneer stuffed roti or curry with less spice .
Avoid sugar,oil (preferably less oil )in baby foods.
Feed 3 meals breakfast, mid morning snacks (cerelac or finger foods, fruits, Soups, salads), Lunch, evening snacks, dinner in between milk.
