A. Workout on a daily basis. If you are exclusively breastfeeding your baby then don’t do any portion control. But if you are more than 6 months start exercising also.Do brisk walking atleast

A. to reduce belly fat.. you can start with some exercise after 4-6months of c section delivery.. take care of diet.. restrict sugar sweet intake.. avoid oil spicy foods.. drink plenty of water.. have warm water preferably.. have small meals..
