#AskTheExpert After my second delivery now 1 year 7 months. I feel very tired. I do all my household works my myself and take care of my two children. my first delivery is normal and second is cesarian. when I get up on the morning I feel very tired legs pain shoulder pain. some times my hands are numb and not able to do work suddenly with the help of my hands. Then I have to wait in the bed for sometime and after that once I start doing my work I will recover. kindly suggest what I should do .
