A. dieting is key of weight loss along with exercise. eat food like daliya, oats in your diet eats fruits fredh veggies dal paneer tofu. take your dinner before 7 30 after that you can take milk or fruits . start exercide like brisk walk or jogging normal walk cannt refuce weight .
