#AskTheExpert After my delivery.... I have puton some weight and I'm still gaining weight...... I was 61 kgs and now I'm 76 kgs is it possible to reduce wait after delivery

A. hi mom yes absolutely by eating right and exercising one can attain healthy weight eat less calories, fried, sugary, have good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Consult your doctor for further advice.
