Q.

#asktheexpert After delivery via c-section I had spotting on for around 40-42 days. Since then my period cycle has not started. In my third month of postpartum I had spotting for a day and then it stopped. I sometimes feel cramps as well. When can I expect my periods to start? My baby is partially breastfed and bottle fed.

The cycles can come at any time because you’re not exclusively breast-feeding your baby and that’s what you have to keep using contraception and if you had unprotected intercourse anytime in between then do a pregnancy test as you already had a single day of spotting we need to rule out if it is implantation bleeding or notWrite Your Answer Here
