ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. You may not get your Periods even up to one year after giving birth and it entirely depends upon your body hormone levels so keep using contraception as accidental pregnancy is possible at any time until you get your cycles
