#asktheexpert after delivery my hair fall is to heavy. recently I have been affected by covid as well. what steps can be taken to reduce the hair fall

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi the best remedy to prevent hairfall is : instead of using any shampoo ,make a paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd ,apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse it with luke warm water. do it twice in a week.
