#asktheexpert after delivery bhi mere weight nahi gain hua hai. weight kum hai to uske liye kya advise hai.

A. it's ok take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
