#AskTheExpert After 2nd delivery of c section I didn't lose weight whatever I gain in during pregnancy. I am doing work from home.i have stopped breast feeding after completed the 1 year of baby. can you suggest how to lose weight ?

A. as to lose weight start with some exercises brisk walk or yoga restrict sugar and sweet intake avoid oily spicy food keep yourself well hydrated take care
