this varies in every mother
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly.
use effective contraceptive methods

I had my periods after my delivery it about 6 months delayed for some women its going to be delay 1 year also. so no need to worry about that. Feed your baby well. Add more healthy foods in your daily diet. Thank you have a nice day..
