A. now give all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts

A. hello you can be giving your child healthy and nutritious well balance food which is soft and easily digestible for the child which would not be a problem and avoid spicy food and you can try to slowly include the food that you prepare for the family which would be better
