the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello you can be giving your child healthy and nutritious well balance food which is soft and easily digestible for the child which would not be a problem and avoid spicy food and you can try to slowly include the food that you prepare for the family which would be better
