examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics.
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations.
give easily digestible fozod.
ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the bodzy.
for vomiting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml.
do not give milk

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly unttyil a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
