#asktheexpert Aarush likes to eat tomatoes and wants lemon water every day is it good for his age special lemon.. elders says that to much of lemon weaker the bones

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom no nothing like that .. if he is have a glass of lemon juice on a daily bases it’s absolutely fine as hardly just a half a lemon is used .. and as it’s summer time not an issue
