then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd.,
later mashed paneer.
consistency of food should be like that of ghee
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups. Squeeze lemon in baby's food for iron absorption.
start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals per day.
give 1 food for about 3-6 days for baby to accept and to see how baby tolerates it .

Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Maintain hydration
