Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. baby generally will gain around 500-700g per month.. after birth.. it is exclusively breast feeding recommended till six months.. mother milk helps in weight gain.. you can start with zincovit drops or A to Z drops consulting your pediatric..
