ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you should not give water or any outside foods to your baby. You should exclusively breastfeed your child till 6 months complete. Breast milk contains about 90 percent water and fulfils the hydration needs of baby even during summer season.
