#asktheexpert 4month before I delivered 2nd baby..but I don't have adequate breast feeding..how can I increase this??thanks in advance..

A. it will come try feeding more it will produce more milk eat healthy stay hydrated

You can try having lactation supplements do some dietary alterations after consulting the doctor Sunita you should have really good amount of water that is definitely a must to go for along with that also I am going to say that you should go ahead with having good amount of protein and fibre is in to your diet that’s very very important to produce good amount of breastfeedingWrite Your Answer Here
