Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi, Avoid giving anything other than mother milk or formula milk for now.
Once your baby is 6 months old you may start giving semi-solids to the baby like fruit Puree, vegetable Puree, vegetable and dal soups, cerelac, rice porridge etc.Start with a few spoons and gradually increase the amount everyday. Intially replace one feed with solids, then slowly after some days replace other feeds with solids. After 1-2 month baby can have 3 meals a day.
Give a few spoon of water after every meal.
