#AskTheExpert 3month old baby boy is constipated .what can I do ?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and if he doesn’t poop for 3/6 days then it’s very normal for his age and don’t give him any medicine but enough nutritious breast milk feeding

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. hi as a child is 3 months old,it is normal for him to not pass stool up to 7 days. but if a child is feeling constipated, please make sure your child get enough milk or not. offer plenty of breastfeeds. As you are lactating mother,you should take easily digestible food items like khichdi, curd, rice, fruits etc more give Massage to your child regularly which definitely help to cure this. give Massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands. move your child legs in cycling motions.
