Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and dgo regular exercise for mufscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

If you had a normal delivery then you can go ahead with a proper workout now but no dieting would be recommended because your best feeding mother and if you had a C-section delivery then you’ll have to wait for 6 to 8 months to go for any kind of workout I like I said I think is completely out of the question because you’re a breastfeeding mother so this is one way that you can work upon in the reduction of your weightWrite Your Answer Here
