A. Hello mom was she a preterm baby ? As low birth weight babies tend to grow on a slow pace as compared to full term baby . Also check their Hb levels as well .. give them healthy high calorie foods such as dry fruits and nuts , eggs , lentils and legumes etc , stuff paranthas, soya , cereals etc
