Give chickpeas and green peas. Give cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give one boiled egg per day. Give almond milk, soy milk and tofu.

If the kid is eating well, is active and meeting all required developmental milestones, then there is nothing to worry about. Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, butter, cheese and home made paneer. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give banana, avocado, pear, pineapple, papaya and mango.
