Dear mum since these are milk teeth so there are no need to get worried about this and this also happens in naturally you can only once your child has all the milk teeth can get observation from a good dentist around and proper hygiene should be maintained tell them otherwise there is no need to get worried as these are temporary teeth that will be subsided with the permanent with the age
