ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. If you are giving iron supplements then that might be the reason. mix it in juice or give water immediately after the supplement.
If not then it can be cavities. visit a pedodontist i.e. a kids dentist.

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper dignosise and treatment
please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet
please give daily sun light exposure
