#AskTheExpert 1 year old baby having Fever and Cold. has advised to take Azithromycin and Synarest syrup. Should I have to give Paracetamol syrup too along with Azithromycin ?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. you can get ve if the temp is above 100 give tepid water sponging maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water
