#asktheexpert 1.5 yr old girl, she has Dry skin.. one of her outer thighs show some rough pimples , peeling and scratches and extremely dry.. it located in 2-3cm circular manner .. the skin is little bit hard and extremely dry and sometimes shows itching.. is that keratosis pilariasis?
