A. dear parent, balanced homemade diet is the basis for good health and immunity. Your child's daily diet should have grains, millets. proteins like pulses/non veg, egg, powdered nuts. seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables are important. curd, mint, turmeric, ginger can be included.
