Your Baby is nine months.
She can be given three to four meals a day
Each meal comprise of two small bowls
Each meal should have any two items from the groups of food given below.
1. soups
2. probiotics
3. meshes of cooked vegetables and fruits
4.daliya, khichdi , upma , sheera porridge
