A. hi it could be allergic reaction to heat , sweating , fabric, food or cosmetics or Infection so please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes. keep your child in well vantileted room keep an eye on your child diet and avoid giving acidic, and spicy food items. give bath with warm water and neem leaves .
