hair growth is genetic
you can't do anything.
extra hair can be due to hormonal fluctuations

Loi If you may have heard of it any time – used to follow it for their kids so what you can do is that you can make a hard though of wheat and that’s what you can use to roll it on to the body of the child gradually it is going to pluck out all the hair from the body but it is a very very painful process so that you think before you go ahead with it
