Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

Khichdi , daliya , sheera , porridge , khir etc can be given
but as she's more. than two years she can be given all the items being prepared for the family members
but please avoid package and processed food, maida items and demineralized water
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
