Q.
my 15 month old baby after having dinner recently she need a milk so how to know baby is full after having dinner

See sometimes the child is not actually hungry when they ask for milk after having food it is just a habit that the child is having so you should maintain some gap if you immediately give milk then your child will end up vomiting and also by this age you can have a fair idea at least 60 to 70% that whether your child is full or not not with the food that you are giving
