#AskTheExper after the delivery ...what should take for eat or not take for eat????

A. After delivery, you should have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You should have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products. Non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. Have nuts like almonds and flaxseeds. Have adequate fluid intake. Avoid processed, packaged and junk foods.
