A. hello. as soon as the child reaches one year of age their diet should consist of all types of foods that are usually cooked in home. it should include fruits vegetables right amount of fats and carbohydrates as well as ample of physical activity.try to give your child different types of foods from all categories so that they do not get bored of healthy eating
