You can feed oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, omelette, boiled egg, besan and beetroot cheela, chicken and fish curry with rice, pan cake, waffle, dalia, khichdi, mixed vegetable soup, idli-dosa with sambhar, poha, upma, seasonal fruits, fresh juices, coconut water, curd, buttermilk and milk.
