A. if you had a vaginal birth then you can start working out as early as 6 weeks but if you had a surgery then you have to be extra careful and workout only after 6 completed months but until then you can do brisk walking

A. Hello dear parent, aap simple exercises start kar Sakte hair after 3 months of pregnancy. Aur bilkul exhert Nahi karna chahiye. Thoda thoda hi kijiye. 6 months ke baad se aap exercise intensity increase kar Sakte Hai. Good luck and take care
