You can use castor oil into your hair by mixing any other good oil if I have to suggest you I would recommend you almond oil that’s a very good option that you can use apart from that you can also ask your doctor if they can help you with some medicine otherwise omega-3 and iron supplement you can have for initial 3 to 6 months
