#AskTheExeprt my baby is 23 months can i give him almond soaked in water in this summer season, if yes, then how many almonds can give at one time...pls suggest

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom yes you can give the toddler some almonds soaked overnight as well or even add almonds in some recipes too .. you can give about 2 to 4 now
