NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainer and if the child is active than it is usually not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious while balance food in the diet and this will help in the growth of the child and it is absolutely nothing to worry about and not a problem
