my baby is underweight 3 year old her weight is always 10.6 so I'm worried about her growth because she poor in eating also what should I do

It is 4 KG under weight so I’ve completely understand some major matter of concern for you so I would say in this case you please have a full assessment with your paediatrician and further more your paediatrician and nutrition is would be able to give you proper Hain Pardah Hai
