asktheespert#I am mother of 3.5m old boy . having back pain knee pain shoulder pain cant even stand also when it is going to heal even taking all medicine properly doing massage also but no improvement plz help me which medicine to take relieve from this pain

A. if you are having body pain you should take a healthy diet for yourself and also do some regular exercise like yoga and cycling and consult your doctor for a proper examination
