A. hi well ,it is natural. but if you are breastfeeding mother and if its size is increased ,then no need to worry because it alright once you wean your child from breastfeeding. otherwise to reduce it ,you need to maintain enough weight. I mean ,need to reduce overweight by doing exercises or yoga regularly.
